Nicholas Ng Yick Hing

Nicholas Ng is a veteran of the financial industry with more than 28 years of experience. Before joining LionGold, he was Chief Executive Officer of leading Southeast Asian investment stockbroking house, DMG & Partners Securities Pte Ltd, from 2007. Prior to DMG, Nicholas was the Managing Director of the Singapore-based investment banking units of Rabobank International and Citicorp in Singapore.
He has concluded a wide range of financial transactions, including IPOs, privatisations, and mergers and acquisitions, on behalf of corporates throughout Asia-Pacific, supported by a network of global strategic and institutional investors.
Matthew Gill
Chief Operating Officer
Mr Matthew Gill is an experienced mining engineer with over 30 years' experience in the mining industry. He has a strong technical and operational background, having worked as an underground miner, mine planning engineer, supervisor, general manager and managing director, in Australia, Papua New Guinea and India covering tin, copper, mineral sands, gold, nickel and iron ore. He holds three First Class Metalliferous Mine Managers Certificates of Competency, and has been instrumental in the successful construction, development and commissioning of three gold mines (Porgera, Beaconsfield and Ballarat). He is a three-time winner of the Australian Mine Manager of the Year Award (2004, 2005 and 2006), and received the AusIMM Leadership Award in 2008.
Matthew graduated with an honours degree in Engineering (Mining) from the University of Melbourne and has a Masters in Engineering Science from James Cook University. His professional memberships include Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Minerals Council of Australia - Victorian Division and was a past president of the Tasmanian Minerals Council. He is also the Managing Director of Castlemaine Goldfields Ltd, a Director at Owere Mines Ltd and a Non-Executive Director at Citigold Ltd.
Mr Raymond Tan Soo Khoon

Raymond Tan Soo Khoon had close to 30 years of experience practicing corporate law before joining LionGold as General Counsel in January 2013. He provided legal advisory services to the LionGold Board and senior management since 2007. He was appointed as Company Secretary that same year and became a Non-Executive Director in October 2012. He had been with Singapore law firm Robert Wang and Woo LLP for more than 15 years where he became a Partner and Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department.
Raymond has extensive experience in dealing with numerous aspects of corporate law and regulatory issues for public listed companies, specialising in corporate governance, compliance and finance.
In his capacity as Group General Counsel, he will be responsible for LionGold’s legal and compliance affairs worldwide and have a central role in the Group’s ongoing development, in addition to acting as Company Secretary. He is also Chairman for Signature Metals Ltd and a Non-Executive Director at Citigold Ltd.
Brendan Goh Sian Hin

Mr Brendan Goh has about 18 years of experience in investment banking and corporate advisory. He has been involved in a broad range of corporate financial transactions for listed companies and private entities throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including initial public offers, acquisitions, private placements, rights issues, bond and warrant offers and other corporate advisory work. Prior to joining LionGold Corp Ltd as Chief Financial Officer, Brendan was Co-Head of Corporate Finance at DMG & Partners Securities Pte Ltd for five years.
He was also Head of Corporate Finance at HL Bank and has served as Chief Financial Officer for a Singapore-listed company. Brendan is a Certified Public Accountant, and graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy in 1988. He was awarded a Local Merit Scholarship from the Public Service Commission (tenable to the Republic of Singapore Police Force) in 1985.
Peter Chen Hing Woon

Mr Peter Chen was a corporate lawyer with over 16 years of experience in private legal practice. He had previously served as Independent Non-Executive Director and General Legal Counsel for publicly-listed companies in Malaysia. Since 2007, he has been actively involved in the setting-up of several iron ore and gold mining operations in around the world from Mali to Mongolia.
Peter has developed an extensive network of geologists, mine engineers and mining consultants specialised in gold geology and extraction with access to the latest development and production technologies. He graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce and a Degree in Bachelor of Laws Conferred from the Australian National University. He is also an Executive Director for Signature Metals Ltd and the Chairman of Owere Mines Ltd.
Tony Tan Aik Hong

Tony Tan is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, performing financial evaluation, due diligence, as well as deal execution. He also assists in investor relation functions and helps formulate overall corporate strategy for the Group.
Prior to joining the Company, he was a Senior Associate with Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Pte Ltd and was involved in corporate finance advisory in Avenue Securities Sdn Bhd. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Melbourne.
